Prior to Cleaning

1. Please remove all breakables from areas to be cleaned, PRIOR to our arrival. This should include plants, toys, knick-knacks, etc... (PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT MOVE CERTAIN ITEMS. THESE INCLUDE LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM HUTCHES, PIANOS, SLEEPER SOFAS, ANY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT OR ANY FURNITURE WITH BREAKABLE ITEMS ON THEM.

2. Please notify the office and the lead technician (before cleaning starts) of any existing damage to furniture. (i.e. weak or unstable furniture legs)

3. Please vacuum prior to your appointment.

4. Move vehicles from driveway to allow closer parking to front door.

5. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that we may reschedule our crews.

6. Full compensation due upon completion.


The EPA recommends having your carpets cleaned every
6 months.


Carpets actually hold otherwise air born allergens like a filter.

Don't take our word for it. Run your hand over your carpet in a well lit room and see what is released into the air.
